Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret tender and contract documentation, identifying risks, obligations, and deviations
- Coordinate contractual and technical alignment with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions in collaboration with the sales and engineering team
- Ensure alignment between technical scope, cost calculations, specifications, and contractual commitments
- Work in line with internal processes, quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of tender and contract management practices
