Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Service strategy, translating business objectives into operational plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Lead and inspire the Service organization, fostering a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in both the workshop and at customer sites, with safety as the highest priority.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.
- Manage the Service P&L, budgets, service revenue, and project profitability while continuously improving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, service contracts, and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement strategic initiatives and organizational change.
- Ensure compliance with Rolls-Royce policies, industry regulations, and quality, safety, and environmental standards, while monitoring and reporting key business and operational KPIs.
