•Act as key contact for customers; analyse customer needs during the (pre-)sales process and acquire the right information in order to provide tailored advice.
•Provide technical advice to internal and external customers during the pre-sales process.
•Manage the project planning from start to finish; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about the project delivery.
•Create technical and functional specifications of applications and peripheral systems.
•Safeguard technical quality of each project in line with the company standards.
•Meet with external stakeholders during the complete phase of the project.
•Liaise with Service Department during the test/commissioning phase of the project.
