Key Responsibilities

•Direct the execution of technically complex product development projects from concept to deployment
•Serve as the central connector between Product Management, Product Development (R&D), Supply Chain, and Customer Success
•Synchronize highly diverse engineering tracks—including hardware, electronics, embedded/cloud software, computer vision, AI, and robotics—to ensure integrated system delivery
•Translate Product Management’s strategic roadmap into R&D milestones
•Manage the operational handover to Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Service
•Track the critical path, keep timelines rigid, and safeguard quality and cost boundaries
•Collaborate closely with and align engineers across a wide variety of technical disciplines
•Lead complex product development cycles
•Relentlessly manage project schedules, proactively tracking dependencies and safeguarding the critical path and scope
•Establish transparent communication loops between R&D teams and internal business pillars
•Communicate technical engineering status updates for high-level strategic alignment with product management and executives
