Key Responsibilities
- Monitor material availability and track shortages proactively.
- Align schedules with Procurement, Production and Project Managers to keep project execution on time.
- Handle domestic and international shipments together with the Shipping Coordinator.
- Manage required export and customs documentation with external compliance agencies.
- Maintain accurate operational data within our ERP system.
- Distribute logistics reports and track key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the central link between the Warehouse, internal teams and external logistics suppliers.
- Communicate scheduling updates clearly and escalate delivery risks before they cause delays.
