- Drive budget forecasting and closing processes.
- Deliver clear management analytics, periodic reports, and visual dashboards.
- Run variance analysis to track operational performance and identify trend deviations.
- Advise on financial guidelines and help optimize internal control procedures.
- Review financial data periodically to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure full alignment with regulatory codes and escalate non-compliance risks.
- Assist with special financial projects across entities.
- Guide colleagues to make the best use of data management systems.
