•Collaborate with product owners, business owners, stakeholders and teams to understand and identify requirements
•Provide technical guidance and advice on solution selection and implementation
•Design, implement, test and deploy solutions that align with industry/company best practices
•Develop and maintain technical documentation for productivity and automation solutions
•Guide changes, provide training to other team members and stakeholders
•Work closely with other DevOps Engineers, architects, developers, infrastructure & IT Delivery teams to integrate productivity and automation tools
•Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in productivity and automation
•Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring uptime and availability
