Key Responsibilities
- Own the FP&A cycle: budget, forecast, reporting, variance analysis — and automate it step by step
- Build business cases, scenario models and sensitivity analyses for investment and pricing decisions
- Translate Sales, Operations and IT questions into numbers they can act on
- Build data-driven insight on revenue, margin, COGS, Opex and headcount — at customer, product and channel level
- Design and ship AI-powered workflows that replace manual work
- Step in on accounting when needed — month-end journals, accruals, BTW reviews, payroll journal
- Own the annual audit and compliance
