Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically partner with Maisons and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and execute TA strategy.
  • •Proactively source diverse talent using various channels to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • •Champion an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand from initial contact to onboarding.
  • •Conduct insightful assessments using structured interviews and established tools.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including briefings, engagement, and offer management.
  • •Foster 'One Team' collaboration within the global TA community sharing insights and best practices.
  • •Elevate employer brand through university partnerships and career fairs.
  • •Maintain data integrity in Workday and LinkedIn for talent pipeline management.
  • •Contribute to TA projects such as Intern Induction and recruitment training.
