Key Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with Maisons and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and execute TA strategy.
- Proactively source diverse talent using various channels to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience and employer brand from initial contact to onboarding.
- Conduct insightful assessments using structured interviews and established tools.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including briefings, engagement, and offer management.
- Foster 'One Team' collaboration within the global TA community sharing insights and best practices.
- Elevate employer brand through university partnerships and career fairs.
- Maintain data integrity in Workday and LinkedIn for talent pipeline management.
- Contribute to TA projects such as Intern Induction and recruitment training.
