Key Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with Maisons and HRBPs to understand talent needs and implement talent acquisition strategy.
- Proactively source diverse talent through various channels to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Champion exceptional candidate experience and employer brand as a Richemont ambassador.
- Conduct insightful assessments using structured interviews and assessment tools.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer management.
- Foster 'One Team' collaboration within the global TA community.
- Elevate employer brand through university partnerships and career fairs.
- Ensure data integrity in Workday and LinkedIn for pipeline management and analytics.
- Contribute to TA projects such as Intern Induction or recruitment training.
