Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive regional CRC strategy aligned with Group digital strategy and Maison priorities
  • •Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and strategic targets for the CRC
  • •Build and own annual action plan to deliver commercial and operational targets
  • •Manage regional digital P&L and report results to top management
  • •Prepare and manage annual budget review process with Maisons
  • •Guarantee first-class service delivery across all CRC operations
  • •Manage operational volumes and staffing forecasts
  • •Lead development of enhanced CRC analytics
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and digital solutions
  • •Lead integration of AI into CRC activities
  • •Ensure full compliance with Group procedures and laws
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Managers, Team Leaders, and Specialists
  • •Cultivate client-centric and sales-oriented culture
  • •Partner with HR for talent management and succession planning
