Key Responsibilities

•Oversee logistics processes to enable on-time delivery at optimal costs.
•Support and resolve escalations with inbound/outbound transportation, warehouse receipt requirements, import/export documentation, freight forwarder coordination, customs clearances, and 3PL governance.
•Work closely with distribution, manufacturing, planning, and procurement teams.
•Coordinate inbound shipments into the designated region.
•Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
•Lead lane-level reporting and reviews of transportation operations.
•Monitor key metrics such as transit time, utilization, and on-time delivery.
•Use TMS, BI platforms, and analytics tools for performance analysis and reporting.
•Support implementation of new logistics tools and system enhancements.
•Partner with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and carriers to improve performance and transparency.
