Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding and activation, including Business Manager setup and initial campaign creation
- Build strategic test-and-learn roadmaps to help advertisers launch effectively and improve performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear recommendations and actionable client stories
- Identify upsell and scaling opportunities by demonstrating ROI and helping clients expand investment
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and support client success
- Ensure clients meet success criteria and are well-positioned for growth before transitioning to next stage
- Educate advertisers on Reddit’s organic and paid offerings, including Reddit Pro and platform best practices
- Manage a high volume of clients with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
