•Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience – from query input and autocomplete to results pages, filters, and zero-results states across all platforms
•Shape search relevance and ranking strategies, working closely with data science and ML teams to continuously improve how results are understood and delivered
•Drive discovery and navigation, enabling customers to move seamlessly between browsing and searching, especially in complex health-related journeys
•Define and refine the measurement framework for search, including advanced metrics like query reformulation rate, zero-results rate, and time to first relevant result
•Build and prioritise a high-impact roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term investments in search infrastructure, UX quality, and experimentation
