Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end ERP projects, translating approved business initiatives into structured project plans and successfully delivering them from initiation through go-live and handover.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners to keep projects aligned, on track and focused on delivering value.
•Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committees, managing project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decision-making while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•Build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while effectively managing external implementation partners and vendors where required.
•Promote delivery excellence by applying the most suitable project methodology - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid - and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards across Enterprise Systems.
