Key Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions in our financial systems
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various payment methods
- Identify, investigate, and flag discrepancies or settlement differences
- Support the resolution of payment-related issues in collaboration with senior team members
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all payment processes
- Prepare regular reports on payment volumes, performance, and status
- Act as a first point of contact for internal payment-related inquiries
- Support testing and implementation of new payment methods and system improvements
