- Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks
- Lead and support the development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives
- Ensure capital is allocated to the highest value-creating opportunities
- Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function
- Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting
- Monitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility
