Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning
- Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks and improving stock rotation
- Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes
- Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity
- Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports)
- Act as a key connector across the organization for internal stakeholder management
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations
