Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer invoices
- Maintain proactive communication with customers about transactions
- Manage payment delays and process credits to resolve account issues
- Monitor and collect overdue accounts to minimize DSO
- Communicate with debtors on outstanding invoices through written and phone correspondence
- Coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed
- Work closely with internal teams: Customer Service, E-Payments, Account Payables, IT, and ERP
- Conduct account clearings, handle open items, and manage customer payment information
- Make decisions on payment deferrals, process credits, and validate receivables
