Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
•Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
•Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal.
•Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
•Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
•Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants.
•Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
•Leverage HR technologies, including Workday, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
•Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives.
•Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
