Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters across multiple EMEA countries.
- Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Leadership Team, regional HR leadership, Global HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and Legal.
- Handle monthly payroll operations across multiple European countries.
- Manage employee administration, benefits, leave reporting, and regional compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, EoR partners, and consultants.
- Coordinate regional recruitment and talent processes across multiple functions and levels.
- Leverage HR technologies, including Workday, AI tools, and automation solutions to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support and execute regional and global employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Support day-to-day workplace operations and office administration for the Amsterdam office.
