Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring range performance KPIs and flagging underperforming products/categories
- Weekly sharing of range updates: what's coming, what's going, etc.
- Support on collection reviews by analyzing data and presenting back to range team
- Support on new product developments and ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Keeping Forecasting sheet up to date and checking SKU setup in the system
- Keeping the range plan up to date including imagery and collection overviews
- Sweep websites for errors and out-of-stock issues, resolve or escalate
- Supporting new SKU setup including correct photography and launch onsite
- Support scaling of add-ons and productised (gift sets) ranges
