•Define and execute country underwriting strategies aligned with business objectives, product strategy, and regulatory requirements
•Partner with Product and European leadership to deliver the business plan and support strategic decision-making
•Provide portfolio insights and ensure alignment across underwriting, pricing, and product development
•Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring strong monitoring, reporting, and profitability optimisation
•Ensure underwriting discipline, risk control, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
•Drive data integrity, portfolio reviews, and continuous improvement through innovation and automation
•Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key stakeholders to support business growth
