Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual processes (salary review, bonus, performance cycle, headcount and cost budgeting).
- Define and implement local People strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Promote QBE values and DNA through leadership coaching and engagement.
- Support development planning, training, succession planning, and talent identification.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-quality team in the Netherlands.
- Support recruitment, retention, and performance management practices.
- Coach business leaders on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Apply remuneration policy and support local legal requirements.
- Oversee continuous improvement of People processes.
