Key Responsibilities
- Assess project requests and distinguish between specialized technical and general business support.
- Translate client requests into actionable project proposals and ensure strong match between client needs and expert skills.
- Develop and guide programme plans with clear propositions to strengthen sustainable and resilient environmental ecosystems.
- Identify, develop, and secure funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, corporate partners, and other sponsors.
- Monitor programme developments and trends, anticipate future demand, and proactively position experts.
- Grow a strong and inclusive expert community as an ambassador for diversity.
- Manage programme data and knowledge, capturing insights and sharing across projects and the expert community.
- Coordinate project planning and manage data to support efficient delivery and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and objectives in all projects.
