Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage accounts for mainstream optical fiber products in EMEA
  • •Build and maintain relations with customers
  • •Represent Prysmian at external customers
  • •Implement and follow up on contracts
  • •Contract negotiations
  • •Prepare and manage customer quotations
  • •Identify and define new business opportunities
  • •Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • •Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies
  • •Collaborate with internal teams for customer-centric solutions
  • •Explore new customer segments and regions
  • •Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
  • •Support customer service center with requests
  • •Perform contract review with customer service
  • •Coordinate and respond to customer claims
  • •Work with teams to resolve claims expeditiously
  • •Support preparation of 8D reports
  • •Develop technical understanding of fiber products
  • •Give product presentations to customers
  • •Attend tradeshows
  • •Travel up to 40%
