Key Responsibilities

•Manage accounts for mainstream optical fiber products in EMEA
•Build and maintain relations with customers
•Represent Prysmian at external customers
•Implement and follow up on contracts
•Contract negotiations
•Prepare and manage customer quotations
•Identify and define new business opportunities
•Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue
•Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies
•Collaborate with internal teams for customer-centric solutions
•Explore new customer segments and regions
•Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
•Support customer service center with requests
•Perform contract review with customer service
•Coordinate and respond to customer claims
•Work with teams to resolve claims expeditiously
•Support preparation of 8D reports
•Develop technical understanding of fiber products
•Give product presentations to customers
•Attend tradeshows
•Travel up to 40%
