Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate expert teams and multidisciplinary improvement groups by translating requirements into concrete designs or modifications and preparing documentation for knowledge transfer.
- Manage software configuration control, MES (Production Data Control) systems, IT affinity, including version management, preparation of CE technical documentation, and providing support and training to equipment engineers and technicians.
- Support the Process Control and Maintenance departments by liaising with suppliers to resolve specific technical issues or equipment failures.
- Perform continuous technology watch to identify obsolete equipment and find replacements or alternative solutions.
- Support all the factories of the Optical Fiber BU, with possibility to travel abroad.
