Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed production schedules and coordinate their execution, taking into account available capacity, raw materials, and workforce.
- Manage released production orders, monitor progress, and intervene when deviations occur.
- Identify and implement improvements in planning and production processes to reduce lead times and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Raw Materials Planning to align production planning with sales forecasts and customer needs.
- Prepare reports on production performance and present them to management and the Capacity Planner.
- Support product introductions and phase-outs to ensure smooth transitions.
