Key Responsibilities
- Supporting project managers with project planning, progress tracking, and control
- Acting as a central point of contact between project, finance, and other stakeholders
- Collecting, analyzing, and understanding project and financial data
- Proactively gathering information from various stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining progress reports, overviews, and dashboards
- Supporting budget monitoring, forecasts, and cost analyses in collaboration with Finance
- Identifying deviations, risks, and dependencies and raising them for discussion
- Recording and structuring project information, decisions, and actions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project and reporting processes
