Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive regional pipeline growth, customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue.
  • •Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, email, webinars, events, paid media, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
  • •Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives and pipeline goals.
  • •Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for prioritized industry and enterprise accounts.
  • •Support full-funnel customer lifecycle initiatives including acquisition, pipeline acceleration, retention, and expansion.
  • •Utilize audience insights, intent signals, behavioral data, and campaign performance metrics to improve targeting and conversion.
  • •Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of regional demand generation campaigns across EMEA markets.
  • •Oversee EMEA events, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and partner initiatives aligned with revenue objectives.
  • •Leverage CRM, marketing automation, ABM, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • •Establish quarterly team goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks; manage and optimize the EMEA demand generation and ABM budget.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing and channel specialists.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Digital, and Global Marketing teams.
