Key Responsibilities

•Serve as communications lead for Prosus Ventures in select markets, owning strategy and execution across Europe, Middle East, Latin America.
•Lead all Ventures deal communications end-to-end: press releases, 'Why We Invested' memos, media outreach, and visual social collateral.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, financial, and technology journalists across US, Latin America, and Europe.
•Provide strategic communications counsel to portfolio companies and serve as main comms contact for 50+ companies.
•Help manage and maintain relationships at key regional and global events and partner organizations.
•Support relationships with head of Prosus Ventures/CEO with internal communications, OKR alignment, new PR plans, and vision.
•Support the Intelligence Hub initiative – developing long-form thematic content, infographics, and insight-led media assets.
•Lead the founder profile program – behind-the-scenes founding stories and product-market fit narratives.
•Collaborate with Prosus Group social and digital teams on Ventures-specific content, website, blogs, and social media strategy.
