Key Responsibilities
- Lead ventures transactions end to end
- Own the day-to-day legal relationship with investee companies
- Provide primary legal support to deal teams across the globe
- Manage legal aspects of existing portfolio company investments
- Review board and shareholder actions
- Manage ongoing tracking and reporting responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper flow of information
- Help prepare proposals for the Prosus Ventures Investment Committee
- Select and manage outside counsel
