Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure PCBA test machine files
- Collaborate with design and process teams during product introductions
- Fine-tune and optimize test machines for series and volume production
- Identify, root-cause, and resolve production issues
- Provide feedback to design teams to improve Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
- Drive corrective actions, process improvements, and quality/safety enhancements
- Analyze trends and implement optimizations for quality, output, and cost
- Support daily production operations and meet quality & delivery targets
