Key Responsibilities

•Translate the approved S&OP plan into a feasible mid-term production and capacity plan.
•Balance demand, capacity, material availability, and operational constraints.
•Identify risks to the production plan, develop mitigation scenarios, and trigger actions with Demand Planning, Operations, and Procurement.
•Monitor planning KPIs, delivery performance, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
•Facilitate planning reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and recovery actions.
•Coordinate planning activities across Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
•Support Production Planning and Operations to ensure effective plan execution and decision making.
•Analyze demand, capacity, and supply data to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
•Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, parameters, reporting, and planning tools.
