Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key suppliers
•Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues and risks
•Conduct supplier performance reviews and define improvement plans
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base and supply chain processes
•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Coordinators
•Translate department goals into actionable priorities and daily execution
•Monitor supplier quality, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and overall performance
•Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
