Key Responsibilities
- Translating project needs into procurement plans with clear deliverables, deadlines, and risks
- Developing and implementing project-specific sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
- Driving process improvements, digital tools adoption, and best practices in sourcing and NPI teams
- Identifying and mitigating sourcing risks related to lead times, market fluctuations, capacity, or geopolitical factors during NPI phase
- Supporting supplier selection based on cost, quality, capability, and capacity
- Supporting competitive bidding processes (RFQ/RFP), cost breakdown analysis, and negotiations
- Supporting negotiating and managing contracts including commercial terms, SLAs, and long-term agreements
- Supporting new supplier audits and qualification processes in collaboration with Quality and Engineering
- Supporting sustainability objectives including supplier footprint reduction and responsible sourcing initiatives
