Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze trends on the production floor
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
- Drive major improvement projects within the department to enhance Safety, Costs and Quality
- Collaborate with the R&D department to improve product designs for manufacturability
- Actively participate in New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring smooth transitions and efficient production processes
- Be present on the floor daily, engaging with production teams to implement practical solutions
- Apply project management skills to ensure improvement projects are completed effectively
