Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize logistics processes and material flows, ensuring alignment with production requirements and future business growth
- Analyze logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, inventory management, resource utilization, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQDCP) principles
- Lead and support LEAN projects, applying methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and data-driven problem solving
