Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and enhancement of monthly and quarterly management reporting package for Executive Management and Supervisory Board
- Coordinate and support annual budget, forecast and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and review external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Serve as trusted Finance partner to senior management by explaining financial performance, business drivers, risks and opportunities
- Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and actionable insights
- Take ownership of complex accounting and reporting topics and coordinate implementation
- Drive reporting automation and digitalization initiatives leveraging data analytics and modern reporting tools
- Strengthen reporting governance and internal controls in collaboration with Finance and other business functions
- Collaborate closely with Business Control, Treasury, Tax, ESG and international Finance teams
- Support strategic initiatives including financing, business expansions, organizational changes from financial reporting perspective
- Play key role in development of ESG and sustainability reporting in line with regulatory requirements
- Participate in internal audits at international locations and contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
