Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary finance partner to Business Line leadership and be a member of the Business Line Management Team that can identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash generation and return on invested capital.
•Co-develop and help execute the business line strategy, investment decisions and growth plans.
•Provide visibility to management on performance through independent, fact-based insights, risks and opportunities.
•Drive data-driven decision making across the business line by establishing clear KPIs and targets.
•Support and constructively challenge strategic, commercial and operational decisions.
•Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for the Business Line optimizing accuracy and transparency of assumptions.
•Translate operational developments into financial implications.
•Support investment prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
•Provide context in meaningful management reporting and performance analysis.
•Partner with commercial, operations and R&D teams to evaluate growth opportunities.
•Improve understanding of product, customer and market profitability.
•Contribute to the professionalization and evolution of the broader finance function through adoption of analytics, automation and AI-enabled finance tools.
•Act as role model for analytical excellence, business acumen and ownership.
•Contribute to the development of the next generation of finance leaders within Prodrive through coaching and development of Business Controllers and/or Business Analysts where applicable.
•Participate in cross-business initiatives and finance transformation programs.
