Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-based applications (e.g. assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation)
•Build solutions using Microsoft and Azure AI tooling (e.g. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI), with custom development where needed
•Build robust prompting, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines with reproducible results
•Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, data sources, and APIs
•Define and track quality metrics (accuracy, latency, cost) and continuously improve solutions
•Apply responsible-AI practices: safety, privacy, evaluation, and monitoring
•Develop reusable components and tooling to accelerate AI development across teams
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
•Contribute to deployment and operational practices for reliable AI services
•Stay current with developments in GenAI, LLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem
