- Lead the data strategy for a growing data, analytics and AI consultancy, shaping how data is governed, monetised and used to drive client and internal decision-making.
- Own the end-to-end data agenda, from data architecture and governance through to advanced analytics and AI enablement.
- Act as a senior voice on data strategy in front of clients, supporting business development and thought leadership alongside delivery teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing data function, setting standards for data quality, governance and compliance across the organisation.
- Partner with the executive team to align data strategy with wider commercial and growth objectives.
- Drive the adoption of modern data platforms, tools and AI/ML capabilities across the business.
- Establish data governance frameworks that satisfy regulatory requirements, including GDPR and other relevant data protection standards.
- Represent the organisation externally, contributing to its reputation as a specialist in data, analytics and AI.
