Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with PeopleOps team on onboarding and offboarding: tool access, checklists, onboarding plans and introduction meetings
- Own employment documents: contracts, extensions, freelance agreements, employer statements
- Support team as first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions about payslips, expenses, learning & development requests, time off
- Support payroll admin: collect mutations, pension administration
- Handle short-term sick leave: record absences and flag concerns
- Support with team events and Learning & Development initiatives: Lunch & Learns, AI sessions, Lab-days, Expedition Days
