•Work directly with our CEO on whatever matters most.
•Shape the strategy for new product launches, handle the operations or coordinate PR outreach.
•Help scale our recruitment process, co-own executive recruiting, organize recruitment events, think about our employer brand, and join candidate interviews.
•Implement AI agents in the operations of our company.
•Write external and internal communications, explaining complex ideas simply.
•Investigate new potential markets and clearly formulate what 'Plumerai for X' would look like.
•Support the CEO with investor relations and fundraising processes. Preparing board packs, data rooms, and investor materials.
•Find answers to legal or regulatory questions that affect our business.
•Stay close to the product roadmap, ensuring decisions are grounded in business strategy.
