Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Northern Europe Enterprise sales leadership to define and deploy strategic, organizational and operational initiatives to increase revenue and productivity.
  • •Inform decision making on Sales priorities with quantitative and qualitative insights and monitor progress.
  • •Lead ongoing analysis of business (revenue, operating metrics) to identify opportunities and risks, with weekly business reviews and ad hoc deep dives.
  • •Present complex actionable insights and recommended solutions, driving action against them.
  • •Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, gathering data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product & Engineering, Client Solutions.
  • •Contribute to definition and execution of Northern Europe and International Enterprise Sales strategy.
  • •Identify opportunities for consistency and scale across the team.
  • •Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, streamline workflows, and improve strategic insights.
