Key Responsibilities
- Lead & coach: Support, guide, and coach your team during the shift while ensuring a safe and well-structured working environment.
- Analyze & resolve breakdowns: Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships: Work closely with machine suppliers’ service desks to resolve highly complex technical issues.
- Preventive maintenance: Plan and perform preventive maintenance to maximize system availability.
- Drive continuous improvement: Initiate improvement projects and implement technical optimizations for our automated systems.
