Key Responsibilities
- Running a shift: ensure daily operations run smoothly approximately three days per week
- Working on improvement projects: two office days per week on data-driven projects to improve FC processes, acting as project manager for implementation

- Leading a team: motivate and coach the team and contribute to a happy and comfortable work environment
