Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide the translation of business and UX questions into telemetry data needs, measurement frameworks, and tracking plans, ensuring consistency across products.
  • •Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Risk Management, and System Architects to shape feasible UX Telemetry strategies aligned with product and workflow objectives.
  • •Provide architectural guidance for implementing telemetry across diverse environments (web, cloud, desktop, device-connected, and on-premise systems).
  • •Define and maintain telemetry architecture principles, event taxonomies, and instrumentation standards that enable scalable and reusable data collection.
  • •Provide guidance to engineering teams on telemetry instrumentation approaches, implementation quality, and validation, ensuring reliable and consistent data collection.
  • •Build and maintain the technical foundations required for dashboards and insight generation, including metric logic, event validation, and data readiness.
  • •Explore and prototype advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and AI-supported approaches that strengthen UX Telemetry capabilities over time.
  • •Promote privacy-aware and consent-aware telemetry design, ensuring alignment with data minimization and compliant analytics practices in regulated healthtech environments.
