Key Responsibilities

•Guide the translation of business and UX questions into telemetry data needs, measurement frameworks, and tracking plans, ensuring consistency across products.
•Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Risk Management, and System Architects to shape feasible UX Telemetry strategies aligned with product and workflow objectives.
•Provide architectural guidance for implementing telemetry across diverse environments (web, cloud, desktop, device-connected, and on-premise systems).
•Define and maintain telemetry architecture principles, event taxonomies, and instrumentation standards that enable scalable and reusable data collection.
•Provide guidance to engineering teams on telemetry instrumentation approaches, implementation quality, and validation, ensuring reliable and consistent data collection.
•Build and maintain the technical foundations required for dashboards and insight generation, including metric logic, event validation, and data readiness.
•Explore and prototype advanced analytics, predictive analytics, and AI-supported approaches that strengthen UX Telemetry capabilities over time.
•Promote privacy-aware and consent-aware telemetry design, ensuring alignment with data minimization and compliant analytics practices in regulated healthtech environments.
