Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a compelling segment strategy to achieve the growth ambition in the Cardiology segment
  • •Translate business strategy into a cohesive portfolio strategy, driving growth, innovation, and value creation aligned with the strategic plan of record and Annual Operating Plan(AOP) targets
  • •Set clear priorities for (R&D) investments to grow the segment
  • •Ensure clinical leadership per procedural domain by impactful downstream marketing programs, including key opinion leader engagement, event management, 3rd party product strategy and partnerships, maximizing the impact of new products
  • •Lead Integrated Marketing efforts to achieve business growth objectives by closely monitoring the segment performance and orchestrating marketing cadence within the segment across the regions
  • •Drive commercial results together with the regional business leaders
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Suite product managers per procedural domain, as well as a Segment Business Marketer to drive operational performance
