Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the segment strategy to drive sustainable growth in the Surgery business.
  • •Translate business goals into a clear portfolio roadmap, ensuring innovation, value creation, and alignment with annual targets.
  • •Lead a team of product managers and drive operational performance in your role as Segment Business Marketer.
  • •Set priorities for R&D investments as part of the Portfolio Board, balancing segment needs with broader business priorities.
  • •Drive clinical leadership through strong downstream marketing, including KOL engagement, events, and impactful product launches.
  • •Lead integrated marketing efforts and orchestrate global and regional execution, ensuring consistent messaging and local relevance.
  • •Own and execute the segment marketing plan across regions, including New Product Introductions (NPI) and launch readiness.
  • •Monitor segment performance using KPIs, track business cases, and define actions to close performance gaps.
  • •Continuously optimize marketing plans based on insights, ensuring the right tools, content, and training are in place.
  • •Partner with regional leaders to deliver commercial results, including win rate and pricing targets.
