Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project briefs for global artwork changes and improvements for the full portfolio
- Work closely with design teams, agency partners and markets to implement artwork changes and ensure right-first-time delivery
- Execute commercial innovation projects (life cycle management) and innovation product development process, including creating and maintaining a business case, market readiness, and ensuring the completion of appropriate deliverables
- Take on end-to-end responsibility for product delivery for on-time launch
- Collaborating with various disciplines, including Innovation & research and Life Cycle Management departments, internal and external design partners, manufacturing units, and Commercial Organizations in business to deliver on time with excellence
- Utilize data analysis and synthesis to provide actionable, impactful, and visually engaging recommendations that support data-driven decision-making to support managing product portfolio and ensure commercial success (sales, margin, market share, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify consumer needs, develop innovative marketing assets, and execute marketing campaigns flawlessly
